Q2: What areas do you service?
A: We currently deliver to Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, and Etobicoke.
Q3: Can I place an order for in-store pickup?
A: Yes. In-store pickup is available between 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM, between Tuesday and Saturday.
Q4: What is your delivery schedule?
A: Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday, between 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
Q5: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Same-day delivery is not available. Orders are usually delivered after one full day (for example, Monday orders are delivered on Wednesday). In some cases, we may be able to deliver the next day, depending on the items ordered.
Q6: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A $10 delivery fee applies to orders between $75 and $149.

Q7: Are all meat products fresh?
A: At checkout, you may choose between fresh or frozen packaging. Frozen options are generally priced lower than fresh options.

Q9: Do you accept credit cards for online orders?
A: Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard for online purchases.
Q10: Do you deliver to condominiums or apartment buildings?
A: Yes. Deliveries are made to the lobby or front reception only. Drivers are not permitted to deliver directly to individual units.
Q11: I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?
A: Please email us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Q12: Do you carry organic, antibiotic-free, or hormone-free chicken?
A: All of our chicken is antibiotic- and hormone-free. Chicken is labeled as organic only when explicitly stated.

Q14: Do you carry halal products?
A: Yes. We exclusively carry 100% certified halal products sourced from trusted suppliers.
Q15: Are you halal certified?
A: As we do not slaughter animals on-site, halal certification is not required. However, all products we sell are fully halal certified.
Q16: Are your products hand-slaughtered?
A: We prioritize hand-slaughtered products whenever available. Availability may vary by supplier—please contact us for confirmation.
Q17: Is your beef graded?
A: Yes. Our beef is graded AA or AAA, unless otherwise specified on the product label.
Q18: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: We deliver within a scheduled time window (4:30 PM – 8:00 PM) and cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Q19: What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
A: Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery is unsuccessful, a re-delivery fee may apply, or the order may be returned for pickup.
Q20: How are the meats packaged for delivery?
A: All meats are professionally vacuum-packed or sealed to maintain freshness, quality, and food safety.
Q21: How should I store my meat after delivery?

Fresh meat: Refrigerate immediately and consume within the recommended time.

Frozen meat: Store in the freezer until ready to use.
Storage guidelines are included on product packaging.
Q22: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders may be modified or cancelled within a limited time after placement. Please email us as soon as possible.
Q23: Do you offer bulk or, family packs ?
A: Yes. We offer family packs.
Q24: How do you ensure halal integrity and prevent cross-contamination?
A: We work exclusively with certified halal suppliers and follow strict handling and packaging procedures to maintain halal integrity.
Q25: What is your refund or return policy?
A: Due to the nature of fresh food products, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately for review.
Q26: Is your store open for walk-in customers?
A: At the moment, we are operating delivery and pickup only. The store is not open for walk-in shopping yet. We will inform all customers once the store opens for in-person shopping. Pickup orders can be collected during our designated pickup hours.
Q27: Do you offer promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs?
A: Yes. We periodically offer promotions and loyalty rewards. Customers are encouraged to sign up for updates via email or social media.

Tazij Halal Meat is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or cooking of products after delivery or pickup.

Product weights, cuts, and appearance may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of fresh meat.

While we take every precaution to maintain halal integrity, food safety, and quality, once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for product condition transfers to the customer.

Delivery time windows are estimated, and delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders delivered to condominiums or apartment buildings are completed at the lobby or reception area only. Tazij Halal Meat is not liable for delays or losses resulting from restricted access.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Any concerns regarding quality must be reported immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Pricing, product availability, packaging methods (fresh or frozen), and delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Halal certification is maintained through certified suppliers. Tazij Halal Meat does not perform slaughtering on-site.
