🏠 Delivery Instructions:

For Houses:

• Please ensure someone is available between 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM to receive your delivery.

• If you would like your order left at the front door, please mention this during checkout.

For Condos / Apartments:

• Our driver will deliver to the lobby or front reception only.

• If you would like the package left at reception, please indicate this clearly in your order notes.

• Drivers are not allowed to go up to individual units.

• Ensure your contact number is correct for timely communication.

• Delivery windows are fixed between 5–9 PM and cannot be changed.

• We recommend refrigerating or freezing meat upon delivery.
