Sesame Chicken Pakora is a crispy and flavorful deep-fried snack made with bite-sized chicken pieces coated in a spiced gram flour batter and sprinkled with sesame seeds for added crunch. The batter is infused with aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and ginger-garlic paste, giving the pakoras a bold and savory taste. The addition of sesame seeds enhances the texture and adds a subtle nutty flavor.
These golden-brown pakoras are crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. They are often served hot with mint chutney, tamarind sauce, or a side of yogurt dip, making them a perfect appetizer or tea-time snack.
